- How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Typically, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless the specific product description states otherwise. We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we work diligently to meet this timeframe for most orders. Please see the specific shipping times for the different products:

Anime Tufted Rugs: Due to the nature of tufted rugs, they will be made as orders are placed. It generally takes 20-25 days for the rug to be hand tufted and fully prepared. Once the rug is made, it will take 5-10 days to arrive.

Neon Signs: As Neon Signs are made as orders are placed to avoid any sort of storing damage, it generally takes 5-10 days to make the sign. Once the sign is ready, it will take 5-10 days to arrive.

Anime Belts: It generally takes 3-5 days to make the Training Belt. Once the sign is ready, it will take 5-10 days to arrive.

All other products: All other products will be shipped and delivered in 10-15 days generally.
